Maple Grove Senior Living is proud to announce the acquisition of Masonic Home Shelbyville, effective September 1, 2024, furthering our commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate care to the senior community.  

The purchase includes the beautiful 9.5 acres of countryside on which operations are currently conducted, all buildings and personnel of the skilled nursing center, assisted living and personal care, and 17 undeveloped acres. 

Maple Grove Senior Living, operated by PH Consulting, was selected to purchase the property due to our values and culture centered on family and compassion, and our extensive experience managing and operating senior communities. PH Consulting successfully operates two other distinguished Kentucky senior living communities in Beaver Dam and Paducah as well as four senior living communities in Ohio and West Virginia. 

Maple Grove will continue to offer an extensive range of services to care for our community members, including assisted living, personal care, skilled care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and respite care.
