About Our Community

Honoring a Legacy

A pillar of the community since 1901, our senior living community was established in the Masonic tradition, to support widows and orphans with housing, meals, clothing and health care. Today, we at Maple Grove Senior Living continue to build upon the legacy of care that our community has always been known for.

As the most awarded long-term care facility in Kentucky, we pride ourselves on providing five-star senior care from a team of experienced professionals.
